Our Role

MRK Capital Partners acts as an intermediary between commercial borrowers and third-party capital providers, including banks, private lenders, equipment finance companies, and alternative credit sources. Our role is to evaluate, structure, and present transactions to potential funding partners on behalf of our clients.

We do not guarantee funding, approval, or the availability of any specific financing product. All credit decisions are made solely by the funding partner, not by MRK Capital Partners.

Scope of Transactions

MRK Capital Partners exclusively serves commercial clients — businesses, business owners acting in a commercial capacity, and entities seeking financing for legitimate business purposes. We do not broker consumer loans, personal financing, or residential mortgage products.

Compensation

MRK Capital Partners may earn fees, commissions, or other compensation in connection with the placement of financing. The nature and amount of such compensation will be disclosed in writing prior to or at the time of the engagement. In some cases, compensation may be paid by the funding partner, the client, or both.

You have the right to inquire about the compensation structure applicable to your transaction before entering into any agreement with MRK Capital Partners.

Licensing

Commercial finance brokering is not uniformly regulated at the state level. Licensing requirements vary by jurisdiction and transaction type.
